Supporting education, healthcare access, legal rights, and community development for vulnerable migrant populations across Thailand and beyond.
Get InvolvedMigrants Bridge is an initiative of the Migrant Development Foundation (MDF), founded and led by Min Min (Aye Min Tun), who has dedicated over 15 years to migrants rights advocacy in Thailand.
Min Min's commitment to supporting vulnerable migrant populations spans multiple dimensions of human development. Through her work, she has directly supported more than 1,000 children and 500 families, operating a learning center that serves 150 students from Kindergarten through Grade 9.
Migrants Bridge operates on a grassroots, community-driven approach to sustainable development. We work directly with migrant families and communities to understand their needs, build trust, and co-create lasting solutions that respect dignity and autonomy.
Min Min's leadership extends to the social enterprise sector through Issa Compass (consulting services) and Issa Solution (development initiatives), both designed to create sustainable economic opportunities for migrant populations.
Our work has earned recognition and collaboration from international organizations including WHO, IOM, and ILO, as well as partnerships with major Thai universities and leading NGOs committed to humanitarian advancement.
Migrants Bridge is built on four foundational pillars that address the most critical needs of migrant communities:
Providing quality primary and secondary education to children in migrant communities, with our learning center serving 150 students across all grade levels.
Ensuring migrant families have access to essential health services, including preventative care, emergency medical assistance, and health education programs.
Advocating for and defending the legal rights of migrants, providing guidance on immigration law, labor rights, and protection from exploitation.
Building social cohesion, economic stability, and community resilience through locally-driven initiatives and sustainable development programs.
A comprehensive educational facility serving 150 students from kindergarten through Grade 9, providing quality instruction, safe learning environments, and holistic student support.
A social enterprise providing consulting services that help migrant-led organizations and communities develop sustainable business strategies and organizational capacity.
A development initiative focused on creating economic opportunities and sustainable livelihoods for migrant populations through skills training and job creation programs.
Rapid-response healthcare support for migrants facing medical emergencies, including emergency fund access, hospital liaison services, and health referrals.
Direct advocacy and legal guidance for migrant workers and families, addressing labor rights violations, immigration issues, and protection from exploitation.
Building community networks, facilitating peer learning, and creating spaces where migrant families can support each other and address shared challenges.
Migrants Bridge works in collaboration with leading international organizations, government agencies, and civil society organizations:
With over 15 years of dedicated advocacy for migrants' rights in Thailand, Min Min brings visionary leadership, deep community connections, and proven commitment to sustainable development. She has served as a key stakeholder and advisor in international humanitarian initiatives, including IOM partnerships and WHO consultations.
